| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清IL-15、IL-18水平与急性胰腺炎预后的相关性.方法 采用ELISA法分别测定正常对照组、轻型急性胰腺炎(mild acute pancreatitis,MAP)组及重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)组第1、7、14天的IL-15、IL-18水平.结果 MAP组的血清IL-15、IL-18水平明显高于正常对照组(P＜0.05),而SAP组的血清IL-15、IL-18水平较正常对照组升高更为明显(P＜0.01);SAP组的血清IL-15、IL-18水平亦明显高于MAP组(P＜0.05).结论 IL-15、IL-18与急性胰腺炎严重程度密切相关,其血清水平可作为判断急性胰腺炎严重程度的指标之一.
