儿童眼外伤致伤原因及损伤类型的统计与分析

目的:回顾性分析175例儿童眼外伤住院患儿的致伤原因和损伤类型,以明确需要加强防护的措施。方法:对我科2009～2012年间收治的175名眼外伤患儿的致伤原因、损伤类型进行统计分析。结果:在本组资料中,男孩明显多于女孩,年龄范围以3岁～6岁居多,以眼球穿通伤和眼球顿挫伤为主要类型。结论:儿童眼外伤致伤原因较多,学龄前儿童多见,多严重损伤患儿视功能并导致其后期视力发育障碍,要加强对儿童的危险意识教育,对儿童眼外伤应加强预防、及时发现,正确处理。

Statistics and analysis of injury cause and type of pediatric ocular trauma

Objective: To retrospective analysis the injury cause and type of 175 cases of Pediatric Ocular Trauma, in order to know the preventing methods which need to strengthen. Methods: Statistical analysis was conducted of injury cause and type in 175 children hospitalized with ocular trauma from 2009 to 2012. Results: In this group of materials,boys were significantly more than girls, and the age from 3 to 6 in the majority of Pediatric Ocular Trauma, the main type was perforating wounds of the eye and ocular contusion. Conclusion: The cause of Pediatric Ocular Trauma was more, and the preschool children were most in the all children. Pediatric Ocular Trauma severely affected visual function, even to the extent that lead to developmental disorders of its late vision. Children should be strengthened the education about risk awareness, and the prevention about ocular injury, at the last, timely founding, appreciate treatment were very important.
