妇科千金胶囊合康妇消炎栓对输卵管宫腹腔镜复通术后妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨湿热瘀阻型输卵管阻塞患者经宫腹腔镜复通术后，妇科千金胶囊结合康妇消炎栓对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择近3年行腹腔镜及宫腹腔镜手术治疗并获得复通的湿热瘀阻型输卵管阻塞性不孕病例，随机分为A、B、C、D四组。A组术后口服妇科千金胶囊治疗，B组术后康妇消炎栓肛门给药治疗，C组术后口服妇科千金胶囊以及康妇消炎栓肛门给药治疗，D组未进行任何治疗，统计并对比分析各组妊娠率。结果A、B、C三组术后宫内妊娠率明显高于D组，而C组的宫内妊娠率高于A、B组。结论湿热瘀阻型输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者经宫腹腔镜手术治疗并获得复通后，口服妇科千金胶囊结合康妇消炎栓可以提高宫内妊娠率。

Impacts of Fukeqianjin Capsules Combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan Shuan on Pregnancy Outcomes after Hysterolaparoscopic Anastomosis

Objective To explore the impacts of fukeqianjin capsules combined with kangfu xiaoyan shuan on pregnancy outcomes after hysterolaparoscopic anastomosis in salpingemphraxis due to stagnation of damp heat. Methods The successful treatment cases of salpingemphraxis infertility due to stagnation of damp heat after laparoscopic and hysterolaparoscopic operation were selected in recent 3 years in our hospital. Group A, B, C and D were divided randomly. Fukeqianjin capsule was administered orally in group A postoperatively, kangfu xiaoyan shuan was administered anally in group B, both fukeqianjin capsule of oral administration and kangfu xiaoyan shuan of anal administration were administrated in group C, and no any treatment was applied in group D. The pregnancy rate of each group was analyzed and compared statistically. Resuits The intrauterine pregnancy rates after operation in group A,B and C were higher apparently than that in group D, and the rate in group C was higher than that in group A and B. Conclusion Fukeqianjin capsules combined with kangfu xiaoyan shuan can improve intrauterine pregnancy rate after successful hysterolaparoscopie anastomosis in salpingemphraxis infertility due to stagnation of damp heat.
