| 摘 要： | 目的 了解农村高血压患者治疗用药和血压控制情况.方法 问卷调查.结果 患者初次确诊用药率为713%.半年后停药率达83.96%,只有6.64%坚持长期用药;药物使用以单药为主,复方制剂33.02%,钙拮抗剂22.64%,单药合计55.66%,组合用药占44.34%;用药后一月有记录测血压者为41.41%,血压控制达标率59.43%,测当日血压达标率仅为27.36%.结论 农村高血压患者坚持用药率和血压控制达标率远低于城市.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the situation of medicine usage and blood pressure(BP) control of hypertension patients in rural areas.Methods Questionnaire was conducted.Results The rate of agents usage was 71.3% in first visit cases,only 6.64% patients persist in using agents for long term.The rate of stopping using medicine was 83.96% half a year later.The complex agents and calcium antagonist were chiefly used,the total was 55.6% in single drug usage,the combination drugs was 44.34%.The calcium antagonist was 22.64%.The effective getting rate of controlling blood pressure was 59.43%,only 27.36% was well preserved at survey time.Conclusion The rate of getting the target BP and of abiding medicine usage in rural areas were evidently lower than that in city. |
