肝组织HBV DNA定量检查的临床意义

目的 由于对ＨＢＶ感染的认识正在不断深入，抗病毒治疗急待寻找判定效果的可靠方法，ＨＢＶ ＤＮＡ检测，特别是血液和肝组织定量检测显得极为重要。方法 在ＨＢＶ感染者作肝活检时随机留取小粒肝组织，同时采血作ＨＢＶ ＤＮＡ定量检查。结果 急慢性ＨＢＶ感染病例均示肝组织内ＨＢＶ ＤＮＡ检查明显高于血内检出率，同时肝组织ＨＢＶ含量明显高于血液内含量。结论 肝组织检测ＨＢＶ ＤＮＡ可以明显提高ＨＢＶ感染诊断率，血内ＨＢＶ ＤＮＡ阴转时不能说明肝组织内亦已阴转，血内ＨＢＶ ＤＮＡ阴转不宜随即停止治疗。

Clinical significance of quantification assay of HBV DNA in liver tissue

Objective Because of further study of HBV infection and evaluating the effects of antivirus treatment, HBV DNA assay, especially quantification test of HBV DNA in blood and liver tissue has important significance. Methods A small piece of liver tissue from liver biopsy and 2ml of blood were collected at random from HBV infectcd patients for HBV DNA quantification test. Results All the HBV DNA positivc rate of liver tissue from both acute and chronic HBV infected patients was higher than that of blood and the quantity of HBV DNA from liver tissue obviously higher than that of blood ,too. Conclusion The assay of liver tissue HBV DNA could raise the possibility of HBV infection diagnosis, seroconversion does not mean no HBV DNA in hepatocytes and treatment should not be stoped at once while seroconversion of HBV DNA.
