| 摘 要： | 目的 建立简便的血吸虫病Dipstick快速诊断法。方法 以纯化的日本血吸虫虫卵可溶性抗原（SEA）38kDa分子为诊断抗原，以胶体金标记的鼠抗人IgG为二抗，建立Dipstick快速诊断体系；检测日本血吸虫病血清，急性期37例，慢性期30例，正常人52例，肝吸虫病人血清30例。结果 所测得的阳性率分别为94.6%，86.7%,1.9%,0%。结论 以SEA38kDa纯化分子建立的血吸虫病Dipstick快速诊断法具有较好的敏感性和特异性，且简便快捷，有较好现场应用前景。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish convenient dipstick fast diagnostic system of schistosomiasis. Methods To establish dipstick fast diagnostic system, purified SEA 38 kDa molecule of .Schistosoma japonicum was used as diagnostic antigen and labeled mouse- anti- human IgG with colloidal gold was used as prode. These dipstick reagents were used to examine collected sera samples from 149 cases, including 37 acute Schistosomiasis patients, 30 chronic Schistosomiasis patients, 52 normal human controls anti 30 Clonorchiasis patients. Results The positive rates were 94. 6%, 86. 7% , 1. 9% and 0% respectively. Conclusion This dipstick fast diagnostic system using purified SEA 38kDa molecule antigen has high sensitivity and specificity. It is very convenient for field application. |
