川穹嗪治疗慢性肺原性心脏病急性期疗效观察

目的探讨川穹嗪治疗慢性肺原性心脏病急性期的疗效。方法选择80例慢性肺原性心脏病急性期的病人,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,两组患者根据药物敏感试验选择有效的抗生素,强心利尿、镇咳祛痰、低流量持续吸氧、维持水电解质平衡等常规治疗。治疗组在上述治疗的基础上,加用川穹嗪注射液160 mg静脉点滴,一日一次。两组疗程均为14天。观察疗效及治疗前后血液粘度、红细胞压积等相关指标变化。结果两组患者的临床疗效间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前后血浆粘度、全血粘度间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;应用川穹嗪前后血红蛋白和红细胞压积比较,有明显差异（P〈0.01）。结论川穹嗪治疗肺心病急性加重期安全有效,对肺心病相关指标有明显的改善作用。

Effect of Ligusticum Waliichii on chronic cor pulmonale in acute stage

Objective: To study the effect of Ligusticum Waliichii on chronic cor pulmonale in the acute stage.Methods: 80 patients with chronic cor pulmonale in the acute stage were randomized into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases each.Two groups were given the routine treatment. On this base,the 160mg Ligusticum Waliichii injection was drip-fed once a day. The course of treatment lasted 14 days in the two groups,such indexes as the effect,blood viscosity,hematocrit,et al before and after the treatment were observed.Results: There was significant difference in the effect of the two groups(P<0.05).The differences of blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity before and after the treatment was obvious(P<0.05).Hemoglobin and hematocrit before and after the use of Ligusticum Waliichii on chronic cor pulmonale in the acute stage had obvious changes(P<0.01).Conclusion: The Ligusticum Waliichii on chronic cor pulmonale in the acute stage is safe and effective,it can greatly improve the relative index of cor pulmonale.
