| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用输尿管软镜诊断和治疗肾绞痛的疗效。方法采用输尿管软镜诊断和治疗肾绞痛43例。结果42例明确诊断并治愈。其中不规则小结石35例（0．3-0．5cm），输尿管息肉2例，肾孟静脉曲张出血3例，未见异常的2例。输尿管镜未到达病变部位1例。结论应用输尿管软镜诊断和治疗肾绞痛是一种有效方法，且有创伤小、效果好、恢复快的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the clinic application and therapeutic effect of flexible ureteroscope in diagnosis and treatment of renal colic. Methods] 43 cases of renal colic were diagnosed and treated by using flexible ureteroscope in clinic. Results] 42 cases of renal colic were identified diagnosis and curing, including 35 cases of irregular microcalculi (0.4~0.6 cm), 2 cases of polyp of ureter, 3 cases of varix of pelvis, 2 cases of no obvious symptom, 1 cases of ureteroscope not reaching diseased region. Conclusions] There are several advantages by using flexible ureteroscope to diagnose and treat renal colic, such as less wound, rapid recovery and good effect. It is an effective therapy way in clinic. |
