| 摘 要： | 目的分析该院静脉用药调配中心药品报损情况,为降低药品报损率提供建议和参考。方法调取该院2017年度静脉用药调配中心报损药品数据,对报损药品种类、金额、数量及原因等方面进行统计分析。结果2017年药品报损金额为2.87万元,月平均报损金额为2391元,药品报损率为0.29‰。各个操作环节均有报损,其中人为操作不当是导致药品破损的主要原因。结论通过原因分析及做出对策,加强人员操作管理,降低药品报损率。
