| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨阿奇霉素联合辛伐他汀在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺动脉高压患者中的应用价值。 方法 选取本院收治的80例COPD合并肺动脉高压患者为研究对象,对照组40例采用单纯辛伐他汀治疗,观察组40例采用阿奇霉素联合辛伐他汀治疗。对比2组的治疗效果。 结果 不同方式治疗后,2组血氧分压、血氧饱和度、6min步行实验距离、肺功能各指标及肺动脉压水平对比有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。 结论 阿奇霉素联合辛伐他汀对改善COPD合并肺动脉高压患者病情有重要意义。
