| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超保守RNA uc. 189在大肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法从130例大肠癌组织及对应的癌旁正常组织中提取RNA,应用实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)技术检测uc. 189的RNA表达情况,并分析其与大肠癌患者病理参数的关系。结果 uc. 189在大肠癌组织中的RNA表达水平显著高于相应的癌旁正常组织(P <0. 05),其高表达与大肠癌分化程度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关。结论 uc. 189与大肠癌的发生、发展密切相关。
