湿润烧伤膏联合光疗治疗小儿烧伤疗效观察

目的观察湿润烧伤膏联合光疗治疗小儿烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法选取2016年4月至2019年4月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院儿科收治的126例小儿烧伤患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组(63例)和对照组(63例),其中观察组患儿采用湿润烧伤膏联合光疗治疗局部创面,对照组患儿采用聚维酮碘乳膏联合光疗治疗局部创面,对比两组患儿的创面愈合时间及瘢痕评分。结果观察组患儿的创面愈合时间为(20.69±15.34)d,瘢痕评分为(3.16±1.96)分,明显优于对照组患儿的创面愈合时间(32.90±14.65)d,瘢痕评分(5.28±2.18)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.569、5.740,P均=0.000)。结论湿润烧伤膏联合光疗治疗小儿烧伤创面,可有效促进创面愈合,减少瘢痕增生,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on Curative Effect of MEBO Combined with phototherapy in the Treatment of Pediatric Burns

Objective To observe the clinical effect of MEBO combined with phototherapy in the treatment of pediatric burns.Methods 126 child patients,admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from April 2016 to April 2019,were selected as study subjects,and then divided,according to random number table,into an observation group(63 cases)and a control group(63 cases).Patients in the observation group were treated with MEBO in combination with phototherapy while patients in the control group were treated with povidone-iodine ointment in combination with phototherapy.The wound healing time and scar score were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time in the observation group was(20.69±15.34)days,and the scar score was(3.16±1.96)points,significantly better than those in the control group,in which the wound healing time was(32.90±14.65)days,and the scar score was(5.28±2.18)points.The comparison showed statistically significant difference(t=4.569,5.740,all P=0.000).Conclusion MEBO combined with phototherapy in the treatment of pediatric burn wounds has remarkable effect of promoting wound healing and reducing sear hyperplasia,deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
