交流技能训练对恢复期精神分裂症患者社会功能影响

目的探讨交流技能训练对恢复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法选择2008年1-12月我院精神分裂症患者50例，实施交流技能训练，并应用“住院精神病人社会功能评定量表（SSPI）”和“护士用住院病人观察量表（NOSIE）”分别于训练前及第12周末测定他们的社会功能状态。结果训练后第12周末SSPI、NOSIE各因子分及总评分与训练前比较差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.01）。结论对恢复期精神分裂症患者实施交流技能训练，有利于提高患者交流技能和社交能力，对促进他们回归社会具有积极意义。

Impact of skill training intercourse on recovery of social function among schizophrenic patients

Objective To explore the effect of skill training intercourse on recovery of social function among schizophrenic patients. Methods Fifty patients, from January to December in 2008, with schizo-phrenic in our hospital were enrolled in communication of skill training. Social function of the mentally ill patient rating scale （SSPI） and the Nurses Observation Scale for patients （NOSIE） were used to deter-mine their status of social function before and after 12th week of training. Results After the 12th week of training, the differences of factor scores and total scores of SSPI NOSIE were statistically significant compared to that of the pre-training time （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The implementation of skill training intercourse among recovering schizophrenic patients would be helpful for improving patients＇ communication skill and social skill to facilitate their return to society.
