系统性红斑狼疮患者心脏受累的超声心动图分析

目的 应用多普勒超声心动图（ＤＥ）分析２３例系统性红斑狼疮患者心脏受累情况。方法 用ＤＥ测量患者组与健康人对照组心脏各房、室腔的内径、室壁厚度、左室舒张功能并观察心瓣膜与心包有无病变。结果 ＳＬＥ组的主动脉及左室内径和室壁厚度均较对照组为大（Ｐ〈０．０１），心室肥厚和（或）扩张者占４７％；左室舒张功能异常；瓣膜病变、心包积液和肺动脉高压分别占１７％、３９％和８．６％，总的结构异常率为６０．８％。结

Doppler-echocardiographic analysis of cardiac involvement in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective To study cardiac involvement in 23 cases of systemic lupus erthematosus (SLE) with Doppler-echocardiography(DE). Methods The in ternal diameters of atria and ventricles,as well as the thickness of the ventricle wall and the diastol funtion of left ventricle were measured,and the pathologic changes in valves and pericardium were observed with DE in patients with SLE and healthy persons as control. Results Internal diamters of aortic root and left ventricle and the thickness of ventricular wall in SLE group were larger than that in normal control (P<0. 01 ). The rates of ventricular hypertrophy, valvular lesions, pericardiac effusion and pulmonary hypertension accounted for, 17%, 39% and 8. 6% respectively. Diastole function of left ventricle were all impaired in patients. The total structure abnormality rate was 60. 8%. Conclusion DE places an important role in diagnosis for cardiac involvement in patients with SLE and it may improve the treatment and prognosis for SLE.
