| 摘 要： | 目的 采用厚中厚植皮术治疗面部创伤肉芽创面，以评价其可行性。方法 １０例面部创伤肉芽创面施行厚中厚植皮术。结果 １０例皮片完全存活，随诊皮片柔软耐磨，无瘢痕增生挛缩，无功能障碍。结论 该方法能有铲地避免刃厚植皮术后的局部瘢痕增生，挛缩畸形而影响外观，功能及生长发育，常需Ⅱ期多次整形的特点。对于面部创伤感染创面的修复应首选厚中厚植皮术。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment of facial traumatic granulation with thick split-thickness skin graft. Methods Ten cases with facial traumatic granulation wound underwent the thick split-thickness skin graft. Results All the ten patients recovered with good appearance and function Conclusion This method could avoid local scar contracture while the conventional epidermic graft usually leave an obvious impairment on appearance and funtion needing further plastic repairation. The thick split-thickness skin graft is the first choice for repairing the facial granulation wound. |
