言语测听用于验配聋儿助听器分析

目的 :探索通过言语测听了解聋儿听力情况 ,并据此验配助听器。方法 :对74例聋儿进行听力测试 ,依据言语测听结果为93耳选配助听器。结果 :言语测听较行为测听更能取得聋儿配合(检出率81.1%对59.5%) ;基于言语舒适阈验配助听器 ,直观、可信、操作性强 ,助听听阈达要求的90耳(96.8%)。结论 :言语测听与实际耳增益法相结合 ,是尽早使聋儿获得最佳助听效果的有效方法。

The use of speech audiometry in hearing aids fitting for deaf children

Objective:To study deaf children's hearing by speech audiometry and fit hearing aids for deaf children.Methods:To test hearing for 74 deaf children and base on the result of speech audiometry to fit hearing aids for 93 ears.Results:The speech audiometry can make deaf children more coordinative than the tone audiometry (The success rate is 81.1%to 59.5%).The method of earing aids fitting is simple and convinced and easy to operate by the most comfortable level for speech (The effective rate is 96.8%) . Conclusion :To link the speech audiometry with the actual ear gain measurement are effective methods to make deaf children obtain the most effective hearing compensation as early as possible.
