| 摘 要： | CD44作为细胞粘附分子(CAM)的一种，参与细胞与细胞之间以及细胞与基质之间的粘连．具有多种生物学特性及功能。EGFR(表皮生长因子受体)与许多肿瘤的发生发展密切相关，肿瘤细胞表面存在EGFR高表达。本对CD44及EGFR在肿瘤转移中的作用作一综述。

| Abstract: | CD44 molecur is a kind of glucoprotein with multiple complicated functions adhesived between cells, it played an imprtant role in tumor metastasis. EGFR overexpressionwas closely relative with tumor developement and metastsis. But CD44 and EGFR 's correlation needs to be researched further according to theis paper. |
