淫羊藿多糖对初次和再次体液免疫应答的作用

摘    要:本文报告以SRBC对小鼠进行初次免疫和再次免疫,观察了淫羊藿多糖(5~40mg/kg/d×5d.ip)对体液免疫应答的作用。结果显示给药组小鼠初次免疫后和免疫攻击后循环溶血抗体水平均显著高于对照组。表明淫羊藿多糖可促进体液免疫应答,同时还可增加“免疫记忆”功能。

Abstract:The enhancing effects of Epinadium Polysaccharides ( EPS ) on humoral responses of primary and sacondary immunization were demonstrated. When the SRBC ( 4 X 108, ip ) immunized mice were treated with EPS5-40mg/kg ( ip ) daily for 5days, began at the same day as the immunization,their circulating hemo-lytic antibody level were significantly increased than that of the saline control; and the higher the dose, the higher the antibody level.When those mice, having been teated as above, were challenged with SRBC, the secondary antibody responses in EPS treated mice were markedly enhanced than in control mice; and furthermore, the circulating antibody kinetics showed that it would sustain longer in EPS groups of mice than in control group. It was suggested that EPS could promote "immuno-memorizing" function as well as antibody production.
