氨溴索静脉给药佐治毛细支气管炎疗效观察

目的评价氨溴索静脉给药佐治毛细支气管炎的疗效.方法选择毛支炎60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组常规抗感染、激素等治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上辅以氨溴索静脉治疗.结果治疗组需人工吸痰次数明显减少,住院日缩短,喘憋、气促、肺部体征恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01).结论氨溴索静脉给药佐治毛细支气管炎疗效显著.

Ambroxol used as an add-on therapy for bronchiolitis

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of ambroxol used in vein as an add on therapy for treatmant of bronchiolitis Methods: The study was done on 60 cases of bronchiolitis, who were divided randomly into treatment groups (n=30) and control group (n=30) Both groups were treated with conservative therapy, such as anti infective treatment, hormone, etc. But the treatment group used ambroxol in vein as an add on therapy besides traditional therapy Results: The times of artificial sucking sputum became less and the time of hospital stay was obviously shorter than the control one ( P <0 01) The symptoms'recovery of treatment group was prior to the control group ( P <0 01) Conclusion: Ambroxol used as an add on therapy for bronchiolitis has remarkable and expected effect
