| 摘 要： | 采用回顾性分析对31例75岁以上高龄人工髋关节置换术患者进行术前常规检查和特殊检查．对合并其他脏器疾病的情况进行分类汇总，予以相应的术前内科治疗。结果表明，对高龄患者进行准确的术前评估，积极控制其并发疾病，使人工髋关节置换术取得良好疗效。

| Abstract: | In order to probe into the active and effective scheme for preoperative evaluation of total hip replacement (THR) in elderly patients, a retrospective analysis was performed in 31 patients over 75 years old on the preoperative routine and special examinations, classification of the visceral complications, and preoperative medication. The result indicated that correct preoperative evaluation and control of the complication help ensure more favorable clinical outcome of the aged patients with THR. |
