| 摘 要： | 为了评价胃磁示踪法测定胃生物半排期的准确性,我们应用闪烁显像及胃磁示踪两种方法同时对37例患者进行了胃生物半排期(T1/2)的测定。闪烁显像的示踪剂为~(99)Tc-DTPA,胃磁示踪法用四氧化三铁。由闪烁显像测定的T1/2为69.3min,由胃磁示踪法测定的为67.2min,两法的T1/2之间无显著性差异(P>0.1)。结果提示胃磁示踪法可以代替闪烁显像测定胃排空时问。本文还对胃磁示踪法使用过程中的干扰因素进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the exactitude of the gastric magnetic tracer method in measuringgastric half bio-emptying time (T1/2),the T 1/2 in 37 cases have been checkedsimultaneously by scintigraphy by Scintigr-aphy and gastric magnetic tracer.In theScintigraphy method,the tracer was (99m)~Tc-DTPA;in the gastric magnetic magne-tic tracer method,the tracer was Fe_3O_4;the average T 1/2 measured by the formerwas 69.3 min,and the average T 1/2 by the latter was 67.2 min,there was no signi- ficant difference between the data of T 1/2 obtained by these two methods (P>0.1).It suggests that scintigraphy might be replaced by the gastric magnetic tracer methodin measurement of gastric half emptying time.In addition,the important disturbancefactors in measuring gastric half emptying time by gastric magnetic tracer methodhave been discussed. |
