医院信息系统在超声影像住院医生培养中的应用

目的探讨医院信息系统(HIS)在超声影像住院医生培养中的应用价值。方法对2003年-2009年在超声科参加住院医生培训的24名住院医生,应用HIS前后3年在临床、教学及科研方面的业绩进行对比。所选用的指标包括超声检查的请会诊次数、报告符合率、准备教学材料所花费的时间及质量、论文发表的数量。结果在HIS应用之前,24名超声科住院医生的请会诊次数为平均每周96次,平均每周4次/人,报告符合率为92%,准备教学材料花费的时间平均50 h,论文发表的数量共9篇,平均0.33篇/人,其中个案报道6篇,占67%,无科学引文索引收录论文。在HIS应用之后,24名超声科住院医生的请会诊次数为平均每周62次,平均每人每周2.58次/人,报告符合率为95%,准备教学材料花费的平均时间为36 h,论文发表的数量共15篇,平均0.63篇/人,其中包括3篇科学引文索引收录论文,个案报道9篇,占60%。结论超声影像是实践性很强的学科,HIS提供的素材和平台有利于超声科住院医生学习效率的提高。

Preliminary Study on the Application of Hospital Information System in Resident Training of the Ultrasound Department

Objective To discuss the application of hospital information system(HIS) in resident training of the ultrasound department.Methods Between 2003 and 2009,24 residents in the ultrasound department were enrolled in this study.Clinical skills,teaching work and scientific work of those residents before and after the application of hospital information system were compared.The indices included the number of asking for consultation,diagnostic accuracy,time for the preparation of teaching materials and the number of published papers.Results Before the application of hospital information system,the number of asking for consultation,the diagnostic accuracy,time for the preparation of teaching materials and the number of published papers were 96 times every week on average,92%,50 hours and 9 respectively for 24 residents.In the 9 papers,none was indexed by scientific citation index and 6(67%) were case reports.After the application of hospital information system,the number of asking for consultation,the diagnostic accuracy,time for the preparation of teaching materials and the number of published papers were respectively 62 times every week on average,95%,36 hours and 15 for those residents.In the 15 papers,3 were indexed by scientific citation index and 9(60%) were case reports.Conclusions Medical ultrasound is a practical subject.Residents can benefit from the materials and platform provided by HIS,which allows the improvement of their study efficiency.
