集体操运动方式在乳腺癌患者化学疗法期间的应用及效果

目的探讨乳腺癌患者术后行化学疗法(化疗)期间采用集体操锻炼方式对促进术后康复的影响及效果。方法 2010年4月-2011年4月,将90例乳腺癌术后行化疗患者,随机分为试验组和对照组(n=45),分别采用不同形式的康复训练方法锻炼患侧上肢功能,在第6个周期化疗结束时,测量比较两组患者患侧肩关节活动度及肺功能。结果试验组患肢肩关节活动度及肺功能明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集体操运动方式结合瑜伽功,可有效提高患者的整体康复效果。

Application and Efficacy of Collective Exercises during Chemotherapy in Breast Cancer Patients

Objective To explore the efficacy of collective exercises on the functional rehabilitation in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods Between April 2010 and April 2011,90 breast cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy after modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into two groups: observational group and control group.Patients in the two groups took different forms of exercises on the arm on the side of surgery.At the end of the sixth period of chemotherapy,we examined the shoulder activity and lung function of patients in both groups.Results Shoulder activity of the arm on the side of surgery and the lung function for patients in the observational group were significantly better than those for patients in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of collective Yoga exercises can effectively promote rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer.
