血栓通联合天麻素及甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的:探讨血栓通联合天麻素及甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将96例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为2组,治疗组、对照组各48例。治疗组采用静脉滴注血栓通(冻干)450mg、天麻素注射液1000mg,静脉入壶甲钴胺500μg,1次/d;对照组采用静脉滴注血栓通注射液450mg,静脉入壶甲钴胺500μg,1次/d。疗程均为4周。观察治疗后两组临床疗效、神经传导速度的变化。结果:治疗组在临床疗效、神经传导速度等方面均显著优于对照组,经比较差别均有显著统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:血栓通联合天麻素及甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Effects of Xueshuantong Combined Gastrodin and Mecobalamin in Treating Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective ： To explore the clinical effects of Xueshuantong Injection combined Gastrodin Injection and Mecobalamin Injection in treat-ing patient with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy.Methods ： All patients were randomly divided into two groups： Ireatment group 48 cases and con- trol group 48 cases. The treatment was given Xueshuantong Injection 450mg and Gaslrodin Injection 1000mg intravenous drip and mecobalamin 500μg intramuscular injection,once a day.The control group was received Xueshuantong Injection 450mg intravenous drip and mecobalamin 500 μ g intramuscular injection,once a day. All the course of Ireatment were 4 week.The results were compared with clinical effects and nerve conduction velocity.Results：After the treatment, clinical effects and nerve conduction velocity of treatment group were significantly better than that in control group.There are significant difference between two groups of clinical effects and nerve conduction velocity （all P〈O.05）.Conclusion Xueshuantong Injection combined Gastrodin Injection and mecobalamin Injection in Ireating patient with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy has definite therapeutic effect, which was worthy of clinical promotion.
