丹桂香胶囊精制纯化工艺研究

目的：研究丹桂香胶囊水提液超滤精制的最佳工艺。方法以黄芪甲苷及含固物含量为考察指标，通过改变超滤膜孔径、药液浓度和药液流量考察丹桂香水提液超滤工艺。结果最佳工艺确定为以0.1μm微孔滤膜、药液浓度1：4进行水提液精制，精制作用较好。结论按本工艺生产可最大程度保留丹桂香有效成分，节约生产时间，减少能源消耗，降低了生产成本，适合工业化大生产。

Purification technology of Dan Gui Xiang capsule

Objective To study optimum technology of water ultrafiltration and refining of Dan Gui Xiang capsules. Methods Astragaloside and solid content of the indexes, by changing the ultrafiltration membrane pore size, solution concentration and liquid flow study Dan Gui Xiang extract ultrafiltration process. Results The optimum determined to 0.1μmicroporous membrane, solution concentration 1：4 water extract refining, refining the role better. Conclusion According to the production process for maximum retention Osmanthus incense active ingredients, reduce production time, reduce energy consumption, reduce production costs, suitable for industrial production.
