纳洛酮与川芎嗪联合治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效评价

目的探讨纳洛酮与川芎嗪联合治疗急性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法将178例急性脑卒中患者,随机分为川芎嗪组68例,川芎嗪加纳络酮组60例,对照组50例。对照组给予常规吸氧,抗凝,脱水降颅压,控制血压,扩充血容量。川芎嗪组在对照组的基础上给予川芎嗪100ml静滴2次/d,连用14d,川芎嗪加纳络酮组在川芎嗪组的基础上加用盐酸纳洛酮2mg静滴1次/d,连用14d。结果川芎嗪组与川芎嗪加纳络酮组的疗效与住院天数等方面均明显优于与对照组(P<0.01);川芎嗪加纳络酮组疗效住院天数优于川芎嗪组(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪在治疗急性脑卒中中的效果肯定,能明显改善脑缺血患者的功能恢复,降低致残率。与纳洛酮合用效果更明显。此方案为急性脑卒中的治疗提供了一种新的治疗措施。

Therapeutic Evaluation of Combined Naloxone and Ligustrazine on Acute Ischemic Apoplexy

Objective To explore the clinically therapeutic effect of combined naloxone and ligustrazine on acute ischemic apoplexy. Methods A total of 178 patients with acute ischemic apoplexy were divided into three groups, i.e. the first group administered with ligustrazine (100 mg, ivgtt, bid, 14 days), the second group administered with combined naloxone (2 mg, ivgtt, qd, 14 days) and ligustrazine, and the third group acting as control with routine treatment (oxygen inhalation, anticoagulation, dehydration, and so on) which was also given to the former two groups.Results The therapeutic effects or the hospitalization duration of the former two groups were better or shorter than that of the latter group (P<0.01). The parameters (therapeutic effect, hospitalization duration) were better or shorter in the second group than in the first group (P<0.05).Conclusion It is definite that ligustrazine is effective on acute ischemic apoplexy, for it can improve the functional recovery of those with cerebral ischemia and decrease the rate of disability. Also, more obvious outcomes can be obtained as soon as it is used jointly with naloxone, which adds to the existing therapeutic approaches.
