| 摘 要： | 目的 观察尼麦角林治疗多发性梗死性痴呆临床疗效。方法 采用随机、阳性药对照的临床试验。入组的病例均符合多发性梗死性痴呆的诊断标准。以认识能力筛测试验 (CCSE)和功能活动查问 (FAQ)为主要评价指标。结果 两组治疗后CCSE、FAQ评分均较治疗前提高 ,相比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。治疗前后CCSE、FAQ积分差值治疗组略高于对照组 ,但差异无显著意义。两组均无明显药物相关的不良反应。结论 尼麦角林治疗多发性梗死性痴呆安全有效

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect on nicergoline in treatment of multi infarct dementia.Methods A randornized,efficient drug controlled clinical trial was carried out.All the subjects met the criteria for multi infarct dementia.We used CCSE and FAQ as assessing items.Results CCSE and FAQ were raised in both groups after the treatment(P<0.01).No significant side effects were found in both groups.Conclusion Nicergoline was an effective and safe drug in treatment of multi infarct dementia. |
