摘    要:本文对高灵敏度显色剂α.β.γ.δ—四苯基卟啉(TPP)与锰(Ⅱ)的配合反应作了较系统的研究,找到了显色反应的最佳条件,在此基础上建立了用TPP测定微量猛(Ⅱ)的光度分析法,并测定了常见的8种共存离子的最大允许量。本方法操作简便、灵敏度高,TPP锰(Ⅱ)配合物在466nm的表观摩尔吸光系数为1.14×10~5L·mol~(-1)·Cm~(-1),用于人发中微量锰的测定,结果令人满意

Abstract:The a, r,tetraphenyl porphyrin (TPP), a highly sensitive reagent for direct spectrophotometric dertermination of ultramicro quantities of metals,has been syhthesized. The complex reaction of TPP with Mn(II) has been studied. A sensitive method for the determination of trace Mn(II) with TPP has bocn established. The apparent molar absorptivity of the Mn(II) complex is 1.14x105L. mol.-1cm-1at 466nm. The method has been applied to the determination of trace Mn in human hair with satisfactory results
