pH影响丁卡因麻醉作用实验研究

摘    要:不同pH丁卡因溶液抑制离体坐骨神经动作电位和对家兔鼻粘膜、角膜的麻醉作用。pH7.4和4.8丁卡因溶液抑制离体坐骨神经动作电位IC50分别为0.34mg/ml和0.67mg/ml。对鼻粘膜麻醉作用ED50分别为0.39±0.03mg和1.1±0.15mg。对角膜麻醉作用ED50分别为0.45±0.05mg和1.2±0.18mg。上述三种实验均有非常显著差别。无论pH7.4还是4.8丁卡因溶液鼻粘膜给药1/5LD50后60min内血压、呼吸和心率均无显著影响

Abstract:Our experimental studies show that the IC50 on she action potential of isolated frpg sciatic nerve blocked by pH7.4 and 4.8 tetracaine solution are 0.34mg/ml and 0.67mg/ml (p<^6.01) respectively. The ED50 on rabbits nasalmucous membrames anesthetized by pH 7.4 and pH4.8 tetracaine solution are 0.30 0.03 and 1.1 0.15mg (p<0.001) respectively. The ED50 of rabbits corneia anesthetized by pH 7.4 and 4.8 tetracaine solution are 0.45 0.05 and 1.2 0.18mg (p<0.001) respectively. Both tet-racaine solution of pH 7.4 and 4.8 given same large doses(5mg) to nasal mucous me-mbranes haye no different effects on heart rate, blooa pressure and respiration wit-tin 60 minuts
