异位妊娠发病相关因素分析

目的：探讨引起异位妊娠发病相关因素及防治措施。方法：对50例异位妊娠患者进行回顾性分析。结果：孕产次及流产次、盆腔感染史、盆腔及腹腔手术史、异位妊娠史、宫内节育器均是导致异位妊娠发病的相关因素。结论：异位妊娠发病与多种因素相关,应积极防治感染,选择适当的避孕方法,有助于降低异位妊娠的发生率。

Ectopic pregnancy diseases factor analysis

Objective：To analyze the factors and prevention of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：The clinical data of 50 patientof ectopic pregnancy were analysed retrospectively.Results：The intimate correlation factors of ectopic fetation were pregnancy and abortion times,pelvic inflammatory disease,history of pelvic and abdominal surgery,history of ectopic pregnancy,intrauterine device.Conclusion：The ectopic pregnancy is related to a variety of factors,we should actively be controlled infection,selected the appropriate contraceptive method,then help reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy.
