显微镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤手术43例临床治疗

目的探讨经鼻蝶垂体瘤手术的临床治疗方法及安全性。方法对43例患者均行显微镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除手术,术后及时处理各类并发症。结果垂体腺瘤全切除者38例（88.37%）,部分切除者5例（11.63%）;随访率为95.35%（41/43）,肿瘤复发患者6例（13.95%）。结论经鼻蝶垂体瘤手术一方面能够较好的切除患者脑部的肿瘤体,另一方面易引起较严重的并发症,危害患者健康。因此,要尽可能保证手术的操作严密与细致,同时加强手术全过程对患者的观察与诊断,包括术前明确病变性质、术后对并发症早发现早治疗等,以提高手术的安全性。

Transsphenoidal pituitary tumor surgery with microscopy

Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of transsphenoidal pituitary tumor surgery.Methods 43 patients were treated by transsphenoidal pituitary tumor surgery with microscopy,and cured all types of complications on time after surgery.Results 38 cases(88.37%) were totally removed and 5 cases(11.63%) were sub-totally removed;35 cases had complications(81.40%),and 1 patient was dead;the follow-up rate was 95.35%(41/43),and 6 cases were found to recur.Conclusion In one hand,transsphenoidal pituitary tumor surgery could remove the tumor with good effect,but in the other hand,it was easy to cause more serious complications which endanger the patients’ health heavily.Therefore,it’s better to ensure the surgery more rigorous and detailed,and at the same time strengthen the observation and diagnosis of patients during the whole process for improving the safety of patients,which including preoperative lesions,postoperative complications,and so on.
