锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折50例临床分析

目的：探讨锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法：对50例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：患者随访8个月～3年不等,按Neer功能评定标准进行评分,优17例,良28例,可5例,差0例,优良率达90%。结论：锁定钢板是治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的首选方法之一,具有固定牢固、术后恢复功能锻炼早等特点,临床治疗效果较好。

Comminuted proximal humeral locking plate for treatment of 50 cases

Objective：To explore the clinic effect of the locking plate in the treatment of Proximal humerus comminuted fractures.Methods：50 cases clinical data of Proximal humeral fractures patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Patients were followed up for 8 months-3 years.Functional assessment score was evaluated by neer standards,excellent cases was 17,good cases was 28,approved cases was 5,bad cases was 0,the fine rate could reach to 90%.Conclusion：Locking plate is one of the best methods chosed for humeral proximal comminuted fracture,with fixation fastness,earlier recovery after exercise.It has good clinic effection.
