前列腺电切术后两种引流袋对尿路感染的作用比较

目的探讨抗返流引流袋在减少前列腺电切术后尿路感染中的作用。方法前列腺电切术后留置导尿的179例患者被随机分成抗返流引流袋组（A组94例）和普通集尿袋组（B组85例）,抗返流引流袋每周更换一次,普通集尿袋每天更换一次。对两组一周以内及一周以上的尿培养结果行统计学分析。结果两组在一周以内及一周以上的尿培养细菌阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义（χ2=24.37,P〈0.01;χ2=33.13,P〈0.01）。结论抗返流引流袋可以减少前列腺电切术后留置导尿患者的尿路感染。

Comparison on the role of two drainage bags to urinary tract infection after transurethral resection of prostate

Objective To explore the role of antireflux drainage bag to reduce urinary tract infection after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods 179 patients with indwelling urethral catheter after TURP were randomly divided into antireflux drainage bags group(A group,94 cases) and common urine collection bags group(B group,85 cases).Antireflux drainage bags were replaced once weekly.Common urine collection bags were replaced once daily.The culture positive rates of urine specimens under and over one week were statistical analyzed in two groups.Results The culture positive rates of urine specimens under and over one week showed significant difference in two groups(p<0.01 and p<0.01).Conclusion Antireflux drainage bag can reduce urinary tract infection of patients with indwelling urethral catheter after TURP.
