| 摘 要： | 本研究尝试首次在国内建立ＳＤ大鼠哮喘模型，并观察了口服美喘清、舒喘灵，雾化吸入和腹腔注射氟美松等治疗对其影响。结果示卵蛋白致敏的大鼠在抗原激发后有通气量下降，支气管肺组织有典型病理表现。而平喘药物对大鼠哮喘模型有一定保护作用，可改善通气功能及肺组织病理学改变，皮质激素作用最强（尤其是吸入法），美喘清和舒喘灵也有部分疗效。

| Abstract: | We had tried to establish the animal model of asthma with Sprague Dawley rat the first time in China,and simultaneously observed the effect of anti-asthmatics such as procaterol,salbutamol,and intraperitoneal or inhaled dexamthasone on it.The results showed that the rats sensitized with oval protein had a significant fall in both tidal and minute volume after antigen challenges.There was a characteristic pathological apperance of asthma in the bronchial and lung tissues.Treatment with the antiasthmatics, especialy the inhaled dexamthasone,could improve the ventilations and relieve the pathological alterations in rats with asthmatic attacks. |
