经胸骨前径路腔镜甲状腺手术与开放手术的对比研究

目的:对比研究腔镜甲状腺手术和开放手术两种术式,探讨经胸骨前路径腔镜甲状腺手术的难度、安全性及美容效果。方法:回顾分析55例腔镜甲状腺切除术(腔镜组)和51例开放甲状腺切除术(开放组)患者的临床资料,比较两组手术时间、出血量、术后疼痛、术后并发症、住院时间、美容效果及患者主观满意度。结果:两组患者的一般资料、住院时间、手术时间及术后并发症差异无统计学意义(P0.05),出血量、引流量、术后美容效果及患者主观满意度差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:腔镜甲状腺手术安全、有效、可行,具有术中出血少、损伤小、美容效果好等优点,尤其适于有美容要求的年轻患者。

Comparative study of endoscopic thyroidectomy via presternal approach and open thyroidectomy

Objective:To compare the endoscopic thyroidectomy and open thyroidectomy,investigate the difficulty,security and cosmetic effect of endoscopic thyroidectomy via presternal approach.Methods:Fifty-five cases underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy (endoscopic group),51 cases underwent open thyroidectomy (open group),their clinical data,including operative time,blood loss,postoperative pain,complications,hospital stay,cosmetic result and self-satisfaction,were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were no significant difference between the two groups in general information,hospital stay,operative time and postoperative complications(P>0.05).However,there were considerable differences of blood loss,drainage,cosmetic result and self-satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions:Endoscopic thyroidectomy is safe,effective,feasible,with less blood loss,mini-trauma and excellent cosmetic result,and it is appropriate for young patient who has cosmetic demand.
