预弯加压钢板生物力学实验和临床应用

摘    要:通过模拟试验,动物实验和临床试用,经定期X线检查、力学测定和组织学捡查确认;将平直与预弯加压钢板做骨折内固定进行对比,根据生物力学原理,论证了预弯钢板可以消除平直钢板偏心加压的缺点,有利于骨折端弥合,加压均匀,促进愈合。

Abstract:Prebend compression plate fixation was examined by projective amplifier and light-elastic mechine according to biomcch nical principles. Animal experiments and clinical trial in 8 patients have been performed. The straight compression plate has a inherent defect of eccentric compression, the pre-bend plate can overcome this defect because of its elastic deformity. We found that the optimum prebend angle is about 4 degrees associated with 40 to 60 kg. force of compression. With this method, the fractured bone ends can be contacted tightly and compressed evenly, so that the internl af ixation would be more stable and the fracture healing enhanced. A "direct bone healing" was gained in our animal experiments. The result of clinical trial was satisfactory as predicted. This study makes the compression plate method more reasonable biomechanically. It has been verified in clincal trial, and might be recommented.
