健脾养胃膏对胃癌术后患者免疫状态的影响观察

目的:探讨健脾养胃膏对胃癌术后患者免疫状态的影响。方法:选择我院治疗的92例胃癌术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各46例。对照组仅给予单纯化学治疗,治疗组在化学治疗同时服用健脾养胃膏,共治疗6个月,比较两组治疗后的免疫功能指标水平,脾虚症状的疗效以及毒副作用发生情况。结果:化疗第12周期后,治疗组CD3和CD4均显著高于对照组,P<0.05;CD8显著低于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组脾虚总有效率为71.74%,显著高于对照组的47.82%,P<0.05;治疗组毒副作用发生例数均显著少于对照组,P<0.05。结论:健脾养胃膏有助于提高胃癌术后患者免疫功能,降低毒副作用。

Effect of Jianpi Yangwei Decoction on immune status of postoperative patients with gastric cancer

Objective: To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yangwei Decoction on the immune status of postoperative patients with gastric cancer. Methods: A total of 92 patients with gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 46 patients in each group. The control group received only chemotherapy alone. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Jianpi Yangwei Decoction at the same time. After 6 months, the levels of immune function after treatment, the efficacy of spleen deficiency symptoms and the occurrence of side effects were compared. Results: After the 12 th cycle of chemotherapy, the CD3 and CD4 of the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group, P<0.05;CD8 was significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05;the total effective rate of spleen deficiency in the treatment group was 71.74%, significant higher than the control group was 47.82%, P<0.05. The number of toxic side effects in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Jianpi Yangwei can improve the immune function and reduce side effects of postoperative patients with gastric cancer.
