尖锐湿疣复发患者外周血单核细胞Toll样受体3、4、9的表达及意义

目的：观察尖锐湿疣复发患者外周血单核细胞（PBMC）3种Toll样受体TLR3、TLR4和TLR9的表达情况。方法：采用双色免疫荧光抗体染色流式细胞术检测26例复发CA患者PBMC上TLR3、TLR4和TLR9的表达水平，并以30例正常人作为对照组。结果：复发尖锐湿疣患者PBMC上TLR4和TLR9的表达水平明显高于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而TLR3的表达水平，两组间无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）的反复感染可上调PBMC TLR4和TLR9的表达，TLR4和TLR9在尖锐湿疣的复发机制中可能起着重要作用。

Expressions of TLR3 ,TLR4 and TLR9 on Peripheral Blood Monocytes in Patients with Re-current Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective：We seek to observe the expressions of TLR3 ,TLR4 and TLR9 on peripheral blood monocytes in patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum. Methods：The expression levels of TLR3, TLR4 and TLR9 on peripheral blood monocytes were analyzed by flow cytometry with two -colour immunofluorescent staining in 26 patients with CA and 30 healthy controls. Results：The expression levels of TLR4 and TLR9 on monocytes were significantly higher in patients with recurrent CA than that in healthy controls （p 〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in expressions of TLR3 between patients and controls （p 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The expres- sions of TLR4 and TLR9 on monocytes could be upregulated by recurrent infection of human papilloma virus, which may play an important role in recognizing virus and reducing recurrence.
