摘    要:目的将快速成型技术应用在现代医学上,使CT/MRI原本只能在二维上看到的人体颅脑断层扫描图像,通过快速成型机制造成直观的实体模型。方法用逆向工程理论,Mimics逆向工程软件,激光快速成型(RP)机。结果研究人员可以根据特定病人头部的CT/MRI图像,通过Mimics逆向工程软件,设计并重建三维颅脑骨骼模型,应用快速成型技术把二维图像制造成能看得见、摸得着的实体模型。结论RP机制造的颅脑骨骼实体模型,能帮助外科医生进行手术规划,使手术方案更加切合实际,避免更多的手术风险,使医患的沟通更加容易、便捷。也为种植体、人工假体计算机辅助设计和快速成型制造奠定了基础,在骨科、口腔颌面外科生物制造领域有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective By applying rapid prototyping technologies to modern medical science,make into ocular entity models the scanned pictures of human cranial faults which could only be seen on two-dimensional CT/MRI.Methods Apply reverse project theory and use Mimics reverse project software and laser Rapid Prototyping(RP)Machine.Results Researchers,based on particular patients'CT/MRI head pictures,are able to design and rebuild three-dimensional cranial skeleton models,make two-dimensional pictures into visible and tangi-ble entity models by using Mimics reverse project software and applying rapid prototyping techniques.Conclusion Cranial skeleton entity models made with the help of RP machine can help surgeons to design operations,make operation schemes better geared to actual circum-stances,avoid more operation risks,make doctors and patients' communication easier and more convenient,and lay the foundation for body planting and artificial false body CAD,and rapid prototyping.Besides,the entity models have better application prospects in the surgical bio-logical manufacturing fields of orthopedics and oral cavity jaw.
