早期康复护理对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床效果

目的探讨急性脑卒中偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理后的效果。方法研究对象为在我院进行治疗的首次发病的脑卒中患者230例，将其按照实施的护理方式不同分为对照组（n=115）及观察组（n=115），对照组患者给予常规护理及自我锻炼．观察组在对照组的基础上给予早期康复护理。结果护理后观察组及对照组患者的运动功能与护理前比较均明显好转（P〈0．05），观察组的好转程度与对照组比较更为显著（P〈0．05）。护理后观察组与对照组的Barthel指数评分均出现明显的升高（P〈0．05）；与对照组护理后比较，观察组患者的Barthel指数评分升高的幅度更大（19〈0．05）。观察组与对照组比较，并发症发生率明显较低（P〈0．05）。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理，使患者的肢体运动功能及日常生活活动能力得到了显著的提高．降低了并发症的发生率，可以作为一种安全有效的方法在临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing for acute stroke patients with hemiplegia

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing for acute stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Selected 230 cases for the first onset of stroke patients in our hospital, they were divided into control group and ob- servation group in accordance with the nursing way,control group were treated with routine care and self-training, observation group were given early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. Results The motor function of patients in ob- servation group and control group were significantly improved after nursing（P〈O.05）, the degree of improvement in the observa- tion group were better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Barthel index scores of the observation group and control group were significantly increased after nursing （P〈0.05）; compared with the control group, Barthel index score of the observation group increased even more sharply （P〈O.05）. The observation group had a significantly lower complication compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion With early rehabilitation nursing to the stroke patients with hemiplegia, motor function and activities of daily living improve significantly and reduce the incidence of complications, can be used as a safe and effective method in clinical application.
