以新生儿重症监护病房为中心的早产儿视网膜病变筛查研究

目的探讨一种较完善的早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)筛查模式。方法按照筛查模式的不同分为"眼科中心模式"(Ⅰ组)和"NICU模式"(Ⅱ组),登记比较两种筛查模式下的筛查率及筛查完成率。结果眼科中心模式中符合筛查标准的病例662例,其中至少接受一次筛查的患儿239例,筛查率为36.10%,按照要求完成筛查的患儿38例,筛查完成率为5.74%;NICU模式中符合筛查标准的病例490例,其中至少接受一次筛查的患儿171例,筛查率为34.90%,按照要求完成筛查的患儿79例,筛查完成率为16.12%。两种筛查模式共发现ROP患儿25例,ROP的发生率为6.10%。结论以新生儿重症监护病房为中心的早产儿视网膜病变筛查模式较为完善,可以有效地提高ROP的筛查完成率。

SCREENING RETINOPATHY OF PREMATURES IN NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT AS A CENTER

Objective To explore a more perfect screening model for retinopathy of premature （ROP）. Methods According to the different screening mode as ＂Department of Ophthalmology＂ mode （ group Ⅰ） and＂ NICU mode＂ （ Group Ⅱ ）, the screening rate and screening for registration of the two groups were recorded and compare the completion rate of two kinds of screening mode. Results Comply with the screening standard, there were 662 cases in Department of Ophthalmology center pattern, of which at least once screened children in 239 cases, the screening rate was 36.10%, in accordance with the requirements of the completion of screening there were 38 cases, the completion rate was 15.90% ; in accordance with the screening criteria of NICU model in 490 cases, of which at least once a screening in 171 cases, the screening rate was 34.90%, in accordance with the requirements of the completion there were 79 cases, the screening completion rate was 46.20%. In two kinds of screening models 25 cases of ROP patients were found, the incidence of ROP was 6.10%. Conclusion In the neonatal intensive care unit as the center of the ROP screening is more perfect model, it can effectively improve the ROP screening completion rate.
