埃索美拉唑联合莫沙必利对老年反流性食管炎的疗效探讨

目的探讨埃索美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年反流性食管炎的疗效。方法选取69例门诊和住院反流性食管炎老年患者，随机分为治疗组（n=35）与对照组（n=34）。对照组给予埃索美拉唑20rag口服，2次，d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服莫沙必利5mg，3次，d。疗程均为8周。观察临床症状的缓解情况和内镜下食管炎的愈合情况。结果治疗组和对照组内镜下食管炎愈合率分别为80．00％与64．70％．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组与对照组有效率分别为91．42％、73．52％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用埃索美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年反流性食管炎疗效显著，具有良好的协同作用．是临床较理想的联合用药。

Effect evaluation of esomeprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis

Objective To investigate clinical effect of esomeprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis. Methods 69 outpatient and inpatient elderly cases with reflux esophagitis were randomly di- vided into treatment group （n=35） and control group （n=34）. Patients in control group received oral esomeprazole 20mg, twice a day and patients in treatment group took esomeprazole plus mosapride 5mg, 3 times a day for a course of eight weeks. Clinical symptoms and endoscopic remission of esophagitis healing were recorded. Results Endoscopic esophagitis healing rate were different significantly in the treatment group and the control group with 80.00% vs 64.70% （P〈0.05）. Clinical efficacy was sig- nificantly different （P〈0.05）, effective rate was 91.42% in treatment group and effective rate was 73.52% in control group. Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with mosapride has a better clinical effect in elderly reflux esophagitis patients compared with esomeprazole alone ,which has a good synergistic effect and is an ideal combination.
