高血压病降压药给药时间护理的疗效观察

目的观察临床应用中医时间护理干预高血压的效果。方法将我院2010年3月-2012年7月期间收治的高血压患者共98例，随机分为干预组（中医时间护理组）和对照组，各49例。对照组常规口服降压药，根据每日服药次数不同按医院规定时间服药。干预组患者通过对其血压进行连续动态监测．将服药时间定为患者血压峰值前1．2h。每个疗程均为6周。在治疗1个疗程后对两组患者血压控制情况进行比较分析。结果治疗后两组患者血压水平均有显著下降，干预组患者血压水平下降更为显著，其血压降低的显效率以及总有效率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中医时间护理对于高血压患者的血压调控效果良好，明显改善了患者的生存质量。

Curative effect observation of hypertension antihypertensive drugs for therapeutic time nursing

Objective To observe the clinical application effect of time nursing intervention hypertension. Methods 98 patients with hypertension in our hospital from 2010 Mar to 2012 Jul, which were randomly divided into intervention group （Chinese medicine time nursing group） and the control group, each group had 49 patients. The control group took conventional oral antihypertensive drugs, according to the different times of taking medicine on daily,and the hospital prescribed time medicine. The intervention group took medcine by continuous monitoring of blood pressure, the time of taking medicine for blood pressure peak value 1 ~2 hours. Each treatment was six weeks. After a course of treatment, compared blood pressure con- trol of two groups. Results All blood pressure levels after treatment in two groups were significantly decreased, the level of blood pressure in intervention group decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, the blood pressure decreased markedly effective rate and total effective rate were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM nursing for patients with hypertension blood pressure control effect is good, can significantly improve the quality of life.
