按摩加坎离砂热敷在老年患者全麻复苏期的应用

目的探讨大椎穴按摩后,用坎离砂热敷大椎穴、双足足底,对老年手术患者全麻复苏期的影响。方法选择老年手术全麻复苏期患者60例,采用随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组对全麻复苏期老年手术患者行常规复苏期监测与护理,观察组除了按常规监测与护理外,还对全麻复苏期老年手术患者按摩大椎穴10 min,再用坎离砂包热敷大椎、双足足底各30 min;观察两组老年手术患者在全麻复苏期SpO2下降比例、寒战发生率、血压、心率变化,并进行比较。结果观察组患者在复苏期SpO2下降比例、寒战发生率、血压及心率的变化显著优于对照组。结论老年手术患者全麻后进入复苏期对其大椎穴进行按摩,再用坎离砂包热敷大椎和双足足底,能够减轻患者复苏期SpO2下降比例、寒战发生率、血压、心率变化。

APPLICATION OF KANLISHA HOT PACK AND MASSAGE IN THE ELDERLY PATIENTS' RECOVERY PERIOD OF GENERAL ANESTHESIA

Objective To explore the affect on the elderly surgical patients receiving the Kanlisa to hot Dazhui and the planters of feet in the anesthesia recovery period after massage Dazhui. Methods 60 elderly surgical anesthesia recovery period patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group underwent routine anesthesia recovering monitoring and care, while the observation group, addition to routine monito- ring and care, receive massage Dazhui 10 min, then Kanlisa package hot Dazhui and planters of feet each 30 min; observe the proportion of SpO2 decline, the incidence of shivering, blood pressure, changes in heart rate of elderly surgical patients in anesthesia recovery period and compare the difference betwwen two groups. Results In the recovery period, the proportion of SpO2 decline, the incidence of shivering, blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion For elderly surgical patients after general anesthesia into the recovery period, massage Dazhui then Kanlisha package hot Dazhui and feet plantars is beneficial to reduce the patient＇s recovery of SpO2 decline proportion, the incidence of shivering, blood pressure and changes in heart rate.
