射波刀治疗中患者拍摄的千伏级影像数量统计及受到的剂量评估

摘    要:目的统计患者在接受射波刀治疗过程中拍摄的千伏级影像的数量,评估影像系统给予患者的剂量。方法对射波刀治疗的患者按照头颈部、胸部、腹部、盆腔和四肢进行分类,统计最少、最多和平均拍片张数。根据每个部位拍片选择的曝光条件,评估影像系统给予患者的剂量。结果头颈部肿瘤患者平均拍片144张,剂量为36~72mGy。胸部肿瘤平均拍片228张,剂量为57-171mGy。腹部肿瘤平均拍片226张,剂量为56.5~452mGy。盆腔肿瘤平均拍片198张,剂量为49.5~148.5mGy。四肢肿瘤平均拍片166张,剂量为41.5-83mGy。结论患者在射波刀治疗的过程中,kV级影像系统给患者带来了不同剂量的额外辐射。

Statistics about the number of kV level radiographs taken for patients during cyberknife treatment and evaluation on the dose patients received

Abstract:Objective To count the number of kV level radiographs taken for patients during the cyberknife treatment and evaluate the dose patients received from the image system. Methods Classified the patients who were treated by ey- berknife into groups with tumors in head and neck, thoracic cavity, abdomen, pelvic cavity and limbs. Then counted the maxi- mum, minimum and average number of radiographs. According to the conditions of exposure of radiographs on each site, evalu- ated the dose patients received from the image system. Results 144 radiographs were acquired in average from the patients with head and neck tumors, and the dose they received ranged from 36 to 72mGy. 228 radiographs were acquired in average from the patients with thoracic tumors,and dose range was 57-171mGy. 226 radiographs were acquired in average from the pa- tients with abdominal tumors ,dose range was 56.5-452mGy. 198 radiographs were acquired in average from the patients with tu- mors of pelvic cavity,dose range was 49.5-148.5mGy. 166 radiographs were acquired in average from the patients with limb tu- mors,dose range was 41.5-83mGy. Conclusion During the process of cyberknife treatment,the kV level image system deliv- ers extra radiation of different dosage to patients.
