慢性主观性耳鸣患者药物治疗效果及预后与耳鸣频率的相关性研究

目的探讨耳鸣频率对药物疗效的影响,给临床治疗提供适宜的药物治疗方案。方法应用银杏叶胶囊联合尼莫地平对78例以主观性耳鸣为首发症状的患者进行治疗,按不同耳鸣频率分成高、中、低3组,比较不同耳鸣频率患者治疗前后耳鸣响度改善率,并对其预后进行单因素方差分析。结果 78例患者中,不同耳鸣频率的患者治疗后耳鸣改善率较治疗前有明显变化,各组间两两比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;低中频率耳鸣的预后效果较好,与高频率耳鸣相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论银杏叶胶囊制剂联合尼莫地平治疗主观性耳鸣有效,对低中频率耳鸣疗效较佳,预后较好。

Study on the effect of chronic drug treatment and prognosis in patients with subjective tinnitus frequency

Objective To explore the effect of drug treatment to different frequency of subjective tinnitus, providing clinical reference for suitable scheme of drug treatment. Methods A total of 78 patients with premier symptom of tinnitus were treated nimodipine with Ginkgo leaf capsule. Divided into three groups,according to different tinnitus frequency as high, low. Compared before and after treatment to improve the rate of tinnitus patients with different frequency,and their prognosis were single factor analysis of variance. Results In 78 patients, significant change in tinnitus improvement rate with different tinnitus frequency, pairwise comparisons among groups, the differences were statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）. Low in frequency tinnitus prognosis was better, compared with the high-frequency tinnitus,the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Ginkgo leaf capsule combined with nimodipine treatment has effect on subjective tinnitus, low and medium frequency tinnitus have better affection and prognosis.
