社会支持对乳腺癌术后患者自我形象重塑的影响

目的探讨社会支持对乳腺癌术后患者自我形象重塑的影响。方法将130例乳腺癌术后患者按入院顺序先后随机分为研究组65例和对照组65例。研究组患者在手术及常规治疗的同时给予社会支持，而对照组患者在手术及常规治疗的同时给予常规护理。采取干预措施后，应用社会支持评定量表（SSRS）评价两组患者的社会支持度，同时采用简易应对方式问卷（SCSQ）对两组患者的应对方式进行测定，并进行比较。结果采取干预措施后，研究组乳腺癌术后患者社会支持度明显较对照组高，研究组乳腺癌术后患者SCSQ积极得分显著高于对照组，消极得分显著低于对照组，两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（p〈0．01）。结论在治疗及护理乳腺癌术后患者的同时，更应注意患者对社会支持的感受，并有针对性地对患者提供社会心理干预。促进其有效适应，对提高患者重塑自我形象，早日回归社会有着极其重要的现实意义。

AFFECT OF SOCIAL SUPPORT ON SELF-IMAGE REMOLDING OF PATIENTS SUFFERED FROM MAMMARY CANCER AFTER OPERATION

Objective To explore the affect of social support on self- image remolding of patients suffered from the mammary cancer after the operation. Methods 130 cases of the patients suffered from mammary cancer were randomly divided into 65 cases as the research group and 65 cases as the control group in the order of entering hospital. The patients of the research group were given the social support with the operation and normal treatment. The patients of the control group used the normal nursing with the operation and normal treatment. The SSRS was used to assess the social support degree of the patients of two groups and also SCSQ was used for the responding to test the patients of two groups for the comparison after the interference measure was made for the purpose. Resets The social support degree of the research group of the patents suffered from the mammary cancer is higher than that of the control group evidently after the operation. The SCSQ active marks of the patients suffered from the mammary cancer of the research group are higher than that of the control group evidently but the negative marks are lower than that of the control group evidently. The comparison of the two groups is with difference of statistical meaning （p 〈0. 01 ）after the interference measure was made for the purpose. Conclusion While giving treatment and nursing to the patients suffered from the mammary cancer more attention should be drawn to these patients＇ feeling on social support, and give them pertinent social mental intervention to improve their effective adaption. It has very important meaning for elevating their remolding self - image after operation and come back to society more early.
