| 摘 要： | 目的观察曲唑酮联合依托必利治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法将66例确诊为功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，治疗组在常规控制治疗基础上给予曲唑酮联合依托必利治疗，4周为1疗程。对照组给予常规药物控制治疗。结果联合治疗组34例中显效22例，有效9例，无效3例，对照组32例中显效10例，有效9例，无效13例，两组对比有统计学意义。结论曲唑酮联合依托必利治疗功能性消化不良效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of trazodone joint itopride in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Meth- ods 66 cases were diagnosed with functional dyspepsia, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group was given the trazodone joint itopride treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment, the control group was given conventional treatment, four weeks for a course. Results In the combined treatment group, there were excellent in 22 cases, effective in 9 cases,ineffective in 3 cases, the control group, excellent in 10 cases, effective in 9 cases, ineffective in 13 cases. The difference between two groups was significant. Conclusion The effect of trazodone joint itopride treatment of functional dyspepsia is remarkable. |
