摘    要:目的通过测定先天性心脏病患儿血清氨基末端脑利钠肽(NT-pro-BNP)的浓度水平,探讨其对先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法将52例先天性心脏病患儿分成三组:无肺动脉高压(肺高压)组24例,轻度肺动脉高压组15例,中重度肺动脉高压组13例,并设正常对照组20例。对所有实验对象采用电化学发光法进行血清NT-pro-BNP浓度检测,并行心脏彩超检查测量肺动脉压力。结果血清NT-pro-BNP浓度水平在正常对照组(91.2±16.9 pg/ml)、无肺动脉高压组(92.5±14.7pg/ml)及轻度肺动脉压组(98.1±18.3pg/ml)之间无显著差异(P>0.05),但在中重度肺动脉高压组有显著升高(223.6±68.1 pg/ml)(P

Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of N-terminal Pro-brain Natriuretic Peptide(NT- pro-BNP)in the diagnose of Congenital Heart Disease(CHD) through detecting NT-pro-BNP.Methods NT-pro-BNP were detected with electrochemical luminescence method and the pulmonary pressure were estimated with echocardiography in four groups:24 CHD children group without pH,15 CHD children group with mild pH,13 CHD children group with moderate to severe PH and 20 normal control group.Results There was no statistic significance in the NT-pro-BNP concentration among normal control group(91.2 ±16.9 pg/ml),CHD children group without PH(92.5 ±14.7 pg/ml)and CHD children group with mild pH(98.1±18.3 pg/ml)(P>0.05),but the level of NT-pro-BNP is significant higher in CHD children group with moderate to severe pH than other groups(223.6±68.1 pg/ml)(P<0.01).Conclusions It can be considered as there is few diagnostic value of N-terminal Pro-brain Natriuretic Peptide(NT-pro-BNP)in CHD,but it can be a supplementary method of evaluating moderate to severe pH in CHD without echocardiography.
