摘    要:神经病理性疼痛是一种常见的慢性疼痛疾病,发病机制复杂且临床治疗效果欠佳。最近研究表明, N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体/突触后致密蛋白95/神经元型一氧化氮合酶(NMDAR/PSD-95/nNOS)复合物在神经病理性疼痛中发挥重要作用。研究发现,如果不直接抑制NMDAR或nNOS,选择性阻断NMDAR/PSD-95或者nNOS/PSD-95的相互作用,可以在不影响NMDAR和nNOS生理功能的前提下抑制神经病理性疼痛中NO的病理性释放,可能获得没有明显副作用的安全有效的神经病理性疼痛的治疗药物。故本文对NMDAR/PSD-95/nNOS复合物在神经病理性疼痛中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Abstract:Neuropathic pain is a common chronic pain disease, with its pathogenesis complex and clinical treatment inefficient. Recent studies have shown that NMDAR/PSD-95/nNOS complex plays an important role in neuropathic pain. Studies found that it may obtain safe and effective drug for treatment of neuropathic pain with no obvious side effects,if drug don not inhibit the NMDAR or nNOS directly but selectively disrupt the interaction of NMDAR/PSD-95 or PSD-95/nNOS.which can reduce the release of NO in neuropathic pain without affecting the NMDAR and nNOS function. Therefore,the research Progress of NMDAR/PSD-95/nNOS complex in neuropathic pain are summarized in this paper.
